Basic steps for manual soldering:
Confirm whether the circuit iron is at the allowable temperature. Only by choosing the proper contact position between the soldering iron tip and the solder joint can a good solder joint be obtained.
1. Prepare for welding: Keep the tip of the soldering iron clean, free of oxides such as welding slag, and a layer of solder is plated on the surface.
2. Heating the soldering components: Heats the entire for about 1-2 seconds. Pay attention to make the tip of the soldering iron touch the pad and the lead of the component at the same time.
3. Feed the soldering wire: When the soldering surface of the components is heated to a certain temperature, the solder wire contacts the component from the opposite side of the soldering iron. Note: Do not send solder wire to the tip of the soldering iron.
4. Remove the solder wire: When the solder wire melts a certain amount, immediately remove the solder wire to the upper left direction of 45 degrees.
5. Remove the soldering iron: After the solder infiltrates the soldering pad and the soldering part of the component, move the soldering iron away from the upper right direction by 45 degrees to end the soldering
